3. Description of Services

MAKERHUB is an all-in-one creator platform that provides:

• Telegram channel monetization and membership management
• Landing page creation tools
• Email marketing services
• Calendar and booking system
• Creator profile pages
• Payment processing via Stripe
• Analytics and statistics

4. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Subscription Plans and Fees

5.1 Available Plans

• Freemium: Free access with 10% commission on all sales
• Pro ($49/month): Full features with 3% commission on sales
• Business ($99/month): Unlimited features with 2% commission on sales

5.2 Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• Commissions on sales are calculated and deducted automatically
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

5.3 Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

6. User Obligations

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Platform to sell prohibited products or services
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

7. Intellectual Property

All content on MAKERHUB, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of MOUB MARKETING S.R.L. and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to the Platform. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to host and display your content as necessary to provide our services.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Platform integrates with third-party services including:

• Stripe: For payment processing
• Telegram: For channel management and monetization
• Firebase: For authentication and data storage

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOUB MARKETING S.R.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms of Use. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at live@makerhub.pro.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania.
